Pre-Opening Radar delivers records of restaurant pre-opening plan-review filings published by the state of Florida, on a recurring schedule, for the counties covered by your subscription.
Records are reproduced from public state filings. They are delivered as filed. Contact details come from the filing itself and are not independently confirmed, so a listed contact may be a permit agent, a general contractor, or an out-of-date number rather than the eventual operator. Estimated opening windows are statistical estimates derived from historical filing-to-approval intervals; they are not commitments and no opening date is guaranteed.
The service is sold as an information feed. It does not guarantee that any lead will convert, that any business will open, or that any record is complete.
Coverage is granted per county and per trade. Where an exclusive territory is granted, it is recorded in writing at the time of the first paid invoice. Exclusivity applies only to the specific counties and the specific trade named in that grant.
Subscriptions are month to month. You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. An exclusive territory is released when a subscription lapses.
A business that appears in the feed can ask to be removed. Removals are honored the same day and are permanent: the business goes onto a suppression list that every future feed update checks, so it cannot reappear on its own. Write to aaron.p.morabito@gmail.com.
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
